The card set contains three design postcards.

The idea for the postcard patterns comes from a bronze brooch found in Central Finland. The buckle was made at the turn of the Merovingian and Viking Age (about 800 AD).

The inspiration for this pattern comes from a Bronze Brooch dating back to the turn of the Merovingian Age and the Viking Age (approx. 800 AD). Bronze brooches were mostly worn by women and they were usually used in pairs and had multiple chains in between. In Finland, there are lots of Hiisi-named places where such ancient objects have been found.
